This policy describes what information the site handles. Sunny Door is a static editorial site and collects very little.
Browser storage
When you respond to the cookie notice on the home page, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again. This value stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server. Clearing your browser data removes it, after which the notice may appear again.
The contact form
The contact form on the home page runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the page simulates a response locally and clears the fields. No name, email address, or phone number is sent to a server or stored by this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only stored value is the cookie-notice preference described above, which uses local storage rather than a transmitted cookie.
External links and images
Articles link to third-party references such as Wikipedia and Natural Resources Canada, and photographs are loaded from Wikimedia Commons. When your browser requests those resources, the operators of those services receive standard request information governed by their own privacy practices. Sunny Door does not control those policies.
